Thomas Downs

Tom Downs is the Associate Director for Diversity Recruiting at Gartner.  He leads the Global Diversity Recruiting Program there, which also includes veterans and military spouses.

With his participation in Stand-To, Tom is working to launch an enterprise-wide hiring program that will help to enable transitioning service members, veterans, and military spouses to find their next careers at Gartner.
