Rich Gross is the General Counsel for Pallas Advisors, a D.C.-based strategic advisory firm specializing in national security.

Through his participation in Stand-To, Rich is working to create a not-for-profit organization to provide military and veteran nonprofits with low-cost (and in some cases no-cost) leadership development and coaching, board/governance training and development, and legal services.
