Quincy Harper

Quincy Harper Sr. decided that San Antonio felt like home after being stationed here between 2000 and 2003 during part of his 24-year career in the U.S. Air Force. After he retired from the military in 2016, he worked at a couple of different local companies, including a property management firm, but nothing felt quite right.

“I was able to find employment, but couldn’t find job fulfillment,” he said. But then everything changed when in 2019 he started as military recruiting lead at Accenture Federal Services, where he said he once again felt like he was serving and helping people. Accenture is a global professional services company focusing on digital, cloud and security. With some 624,000 employees, the company offers strategy and consulting, interactive, technology and operations services to clients in more than 120 countries.
