Matt Brogdon

Matt Brogdon is a Senior Engagement Manager with Microsoft and the Microsoft Military Affairs Team, focused on supporting transitioning military service members and veterans as they transition to civilian IT careers through the Microsoft Software and Systems Academy.  Matt is also the founder of the Pathfinder Group, a consulting and coaching firm helping corporate America design programs to attract, recruit, and retain the next generation of leadership talent from the transitioning and veteran military community.

With Matt’s involvement in Stand-To, he is working to build and scale career skills and apprenticeship programs for Native American veterans who have returned to their reservation.  These veterans face severe educational and employment obstacles when back home in their tribal communities, but Matt is creating a model for these veterans to find and pursue a fulfilling career.
