Lolly Rivas

Lolly Rivas is the Director of Development at Dog Tag, Inc. (DTI), a Washington, D.C.- based nonprofit that empowers service-disabled veterans, military spouses, and caregivers to discover purpose through an innovative business and entrepreneurship-focused fellowship program.

Through her participation in Stand-To, Lolly is working to develop a qualitative evaluation tool to better understand the spectrum of DTI’s program’s direct and indirect outcomes based on alumni feedback rather than funders’ expectations or DTI’s suppositions.
