Kelly Finn Stormer

Kelly is the Chief Operating Officer where she is responsible for the team, programs, communications, technology, strategy development and execution. Formerly the Chief Operating Officer of Warrior Gateway, she is passionate about continuing to serve the military community. Kelly graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Arts and was commissioned as a Surface Warfare Officer through the Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps. She reported to USS Antietam (CG 54) as the Communications Officer followed by the USS Cleveland (LPD 7) as the Navigator/Administrative Officer. Kelly’s final Navy tour was in Washington D.C. where she served as the White House Liaison to the Secretary of the Navy and as a White House Social Aide during the Bush Administration. Concurrent to this full time shore duty posting, she earned a Masters in Business Administration from The George Washington University. After completing her active duty service, Kelly worked as a consultant for McKinney Rogers. In this role, she specialized in business execution, bringing corporate strategies to life and creating high performance cultures. She worked with a multitude of organizations including: Walmart, HBO, Heineken, JP Morgan, Bacardi and the National Football League. Kelly is a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, still serves as a military spouse and is a mom to three young boys.
