Jeremy Valdez is a Global Senior Manager in HR Worldwide Operations at Amazon, leading the Associate Advisor Organization.  The Advisor Organization illuminates the voice of the Amazon operational employee to senior Amazon leadership.

With his participation in Stand-To, Jeremy is hoping to help decrease attrition of veterans hired at Amazon within their first year of employment.
